Most technology projects fail because the work begins before anyone has written down how the business runs. Discovery removes that risk. Nothing is designed, recommended, or quoted until your business has been documented and reviewed.
Business Discovery is required for every new website project. It is the reason our recommendations are specific to your business instead of a pre-packaged list of services.

05What to expect
Time, privacy, and saving your progress
About 15–20 minutes
Most conversations take fifteen to twenty minutes. There is no timer and no deadline — longer answers make the blueprint better, not slower.
Your information stays private
What you share is used only to review your business and prepare your Business Blueprint. It is reviewed by Simplified Tech Solutions and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Progress saves as you go
Every answer is saved as soon as you send it. You can close the page and return later on the same device, or use the resume link the conversation gives you.

From conversation to proposal
Recommendations are never made until your Discovery has been read in full by Simplified Tech Solutions.

Your Discovery is submitted and reviewed
You are taken to a confirmation page, and your conversation is read directly by STS — not processed automatically.

Your Business Blueprint is prepared
Your answers become a written specification of your business: customers, services, how work arrives, and where you're headed.

You review and approve the Blueprint
The Blueprint is yours to read and correct. Nothing is built from an understanding you have not confirmed.

We follow up if anything needs clarification
If a detail materially affects the implementation, we contact you using the method you provided.

If the project is a good fit, a proposal follows
A customized proposal is sent through HoneyBook, priced against the Blueprint rather than a generic package.
